Since I've had my foot operation I've been housebound, hobbling around on crutches and I've been spending a lot of time in bed...so, I thought that today I would embrace it and do a post on bedrooms. Pink bedrooms. I share a house with two males and there's not a lot of tolerance for pink, but if there was, I think I'd perhaps have one of these pink bedrooms. What about you, do you love, loathe or tolerate pink?
As a child I hated pink, but I can tolerate it now in small doses. Maybe if I ever had a daughter I'd let myself dive into pink
ReplyDeleteI have always loved pink and my daughter's room has pale pink walls. Not in my own bedroom though, my husband wouldn't put up with it. Our bedroom is pure white with very dark navy carpet and taffeta curtains.
ReplyDeletei think pink is just great...but soft and airy...i had re-done my room in pale pink, gray and white:

I have always loved pink- the hotter the better! My room as a girl was hot pink. My daughters room is hot pink with black and white. I am just waiting for a client to say, Sure, paint my walls hot pink(like the townhouse recently in House Beautiful!) But...any shade of pink is beautiful!

So feminine and cozy rooms! Pink is always great!
ReplyDeleteNext to white, pink is my favorite. It's a happy color.
ReplyDeleteI really love pink! The first two photographs are really beautiful, I would love to fall asleep in either room.
ReplyDeleteL.O.V.E.L.Y I think I have that 1st pic in one of my old vogues...actually I can see it now.. it is the cover... great!
ReplyDeleteI adore pink but that wasn't always the case. It's a more recent love. But it's definitely a tough one for the guys. I love the first bedroom with all of the patterns and that wallpaper(?) is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteYou are having me with the pink rooms!
ReplyDeleteif I will come to Melbourne I'll let you know for sure!
