How to wind down for the weekend

After a long hectic day working at a client's offices, I'm winding down after work by...

...sneaking a piece (or two) of my son's toblerone to get the endorphins going...

...kicking off the heels...

...reading something, anything non-work related...

...listening to some nice, relaxing music...

..enjoying a glass of white wine...

All the while ignoring the mountains of clothes to be washed, mouths to be fed, papers to thrown out etc (they can wait until a bit later). And I'm trying hard not to think of all the Christmassy things I need to do this weekend! It can all wait...

Hope you find the perfect way to wind down for the weekend.

  3. Hi Lee

You've certainly got your wind down routine very well organised - you've only missed one thing! A nice long bath and the evening would be perfect. Hope your weekend has a little bit of relaxing time. Leigh

  4. I make a check list on Friday of the things to be done the following week. That way I can forget about everything until Monday :)

  7. What a sensational way to wind down after a stressful day at work!!

There are certain times when you need to spend a little bit of 'Me Time' - doing what you love to do.

The washing and other things can always wait ...
