This last image is actually a graphite item that can be used for writing - but truly, would you ever use it?!? It's far too beautiful.

Lovely. While I don't collect hands, I do have one ceramic one with palmology lines on it which I love.
I have the top one (in white bisque, that used to be my grandmothers,now i keep my rings on it) AND I have the bottom one as well. it really does write and is so cool! It even came in a feather and somethign else, i don't remember, it was years ago when i got it. loving your blog so far!!
