Friday far away: The Olde Bell

Totally enchanted by the The Olde Bell in Berkshire, UK. It is described on their site as the "re-invention of the Old English Inn", and of course it's a marvellous reinvention when the design is by none other than the amazing Ilse Crawford

Beautiful, simply designed rooms that make you want to linger...

And gorgeous bathrooms that make your daily ablutions something to look forward to...

And the public areas are pretty easy on the eye too...

Step outside and it's just as gorgeous...

What is it about the English, they do these boutique hotels so beautifully, with lots of thought put into the small details. I could easily while away a couple of days at this lovely little spot.

Hi Lee
Great place, love the BBQ area. I am going to show the photo to my Mr. Chic for the inspiration.
